How to reset Client Portal Password

If you lost your password to the Client Portal, follow these simple steps below to reset the password on your account.

Step 1: Visit the Client Portal and click the link in the "Forgotten Password?" box.

Step 2: On the next page, enter in your email address and click submit.

Step 3: New text will appear below your email address. It will ask you for the answer to the security question you chose when you signed up.

Step 4: You will receive a verification email asking you to click a link to verify the password reset process.

Step 5: After clicking the link you will receive another email containing the new password to your Client Portal.

What if I am unable to login to my Client Portal?

You should first attempt to reset your passwor dusing the method below, however if you are unable to answer your security question you will have to submit a ticket to our Billing Department with the following information:

  • First and last name on the account
  • Email address on the account
  • Answer to your security question
  • The last Invoice # on your account
  • Username and Domain Name on cPanel account you would like to be changed
  • A copy of your ID that matches the information on the account (If possible)
The email address the ticket is opened from, MUST be on the billing account or we cannot process the request. After verifying the information you supply, we will reset the password and email you new login information.
