I didn't get my login information to my hosting account

More than often our login information email goes into the spam box in some email providers. We are not blacklisted, however the format and some of the text we use triggers some spam filters. So please check your spam/bulk folder.

If you still don't see it then try logging into your Client Portal and viewing a copy of it in there. Follow the tutorial below on how to do that.

1. Login to your Client Portal. This uses the email address and password you used when you signed up with us. If you didn't receive your password then try the "Click here to reset your password" link.

2. Click the "My Emails" link in your Client Portal after logging in.

3. Click the link to view a copy of the email in a popup window.

If you still don't see the email in here, it means your account might not have been created yet, in this case please submit a ticket to our Billing Department.
