If you choose not to use Whois Protection, the domain name will be registered with the information you supply during signup. Contact information for the domain name can be changed in the Client Portal at anytime after signup.

We offer to protect your personal domain registration information from whois searches. You can enable the ID Protect feature for $15 per year per domain. Please open a ticket with our Sales Department to add it to your domain if you already registered it with us but didn't add the Whois Protection.

Note: If you haven't registered your domain with us, you will be given the option to add Whois Protection to your account at checkout.

How can I discontinue the whois protection?

If you paid for Whois Protection on your domain name, you will need to submit a ticket to our Billing Department and request that we remove it from your domain name. We cannot offer refunds however we can remove the additional $15/year cost for Whois Protection on the domain. Do be aware though that when you request us to remove it, it will be removed at the time of your request.
