Internal Email is not being received

If you cannot receive mail from yourself (say, from a form, or from a subaccount), but can receive fine from everywhere else, it is usually because you are/were hosting your mail on a 3rd party server.

Please open a ticket with our Support Department for further assistance in the matter.
