How to install a Script through Softaculous Auto Installer

Step1:  Login to cPanel at yourdomain.com/cpanel and click on the "Softaculous" icon located in the "Software & Scripts Category.

Step2: On the left hand side, click on the script you wish to install.

For Example: If you want to install wordpress then click on "wordpress"

Last step: if you have a multiple domains then you need to first select  domain.

  • In Directory:  if you install in your home directory then please leave blank
  • Database Name: Type anything(max 6 words)
  • Table Prefix: anything
  • Site Name: Your Site Name
  • Site Description: Your site description
  • Admin Username: Your Admin Username
  • Admin Password: Your Admin Password
  • Admin Email: Fill your current email address

And Now, Click on Install. Wait for 1 minute and do not click on refresh or close button.

….Installation Finish

NOTE: If your domain is not yet resolving to our network, as a result of the 24-48 hour delay when changing nameservers, you may not be able to view the script. You can try viewing the script via the temporary URL we give you (ie: http://iphere/~username/) however some scripts will automatically redirect you to your domain, therefore you will need to wait until your domain is resolving to PacificHost servers.
