How to change nameservers with a PacificHost Domain

This is for clients who have registered or have transferred their domain to PacificHost. We have an easy to use panel which allows you to change your nameservers. Just follow the instructions below to get started.

If you transferred your domain to us and didn't update the nameservers before moving you'll need to update the nameservers here once the domain has been succesfully transferred. Just input the nameservers that was in your original login information email and you should be all set.

Step 1: Login to the Client Portal.

Step 2: Click on the "Domains" dropdown button followed by the "My Domains" link. 

Step 3: Click the "View Details" button for the domain you wish to manage.

Step 4: On this page will have a horizontal tab, click the button that says "Nameservers".

Step 5: On this page you will be able to change the nameservers of your domain. 

I'm getting an error for "Missing IP address for"
This means you haven't registered the nameserver yet, you'll need to follow our guide on How to register nameservers with a PacificHost domain
