How can I access Shared SSL on my account?

If you are on a shared or reseller server, you can access the shared ssl certificate at https://yourdomain.com/ or https://serverip~/yourusername/

You may receive a red warning popup warning you the certificate details do not match the domain being accessed, this is normal and you should just click the button to proceed now. Shared SSL is not meant to be used for commercial purposes as it will present a warning box to anybody accessing your site through the shared ssl.

If you need to use an SSL certificate for an ecommerce site then you will need to purchase a Dedicated IP and a Private SSL certificate. If you need assistance to have this done please contact our support department.
