The system does not allow you to create any packages using the word 'unlimited'. In order to circumvent this, simply create any 'unlimited' packages using something similar to '9999999999'.
Editing a hosting package may not edit the sites that are already on the package. To get your sites on the newly edited package you need to upgrade them to the same package name. After doing so the new stats will kick in.

This feature allows reseller and dedicated owners to brand your cPanel. This means you can create your own logo and make it appear on each customer's cPanel screen. The feature manager allows you to disable/enable icons inside of each client's cPanel. Once you build a feature list you should edit the client's package and add the new feature list.

When a reseller grants too much disk space or bandwidth to all his clients, we say you are "OVER ALLOCATED". You will know this is the case when you login to WHM and click Create a New Account, and the total disk space or bandwidth used is more than the resources. Please contact us by sending in a ticket to our Support Department and we can work with you to get this corrected.

This feature in WHM will allow a reseller to send a message which will appear on all clients' cPanel main page.
If you have packages created, but they are not showing when you are trying to create an account do the following: STEP 1: Login to WHM STEP 2: Edit each package that does not show and click save. (You do not need to change anything on the edit page, just hit save.) Now they should show up once again. If you still have any issues please open a ticket with our Support Department.
To increase your client's disk space, please go to WHM > ACCOUNT FUNCTIONS > LIST ACCOUNTS and look to the far right for the Quota. You can click the icon next to the quota number and increase it to the number you want. You may also make changes to the package, in case you want multiple customers to have the increase.

When trying to add a new domain in WHM, you may get an error like this. ACCOUNT CREATION STATUS: FAILED SORRY, A DNS ENTRY FOR DOMAINNAME.COM ALREADY EXISTS, PLEASE DELETE IT FIRST (FROM ALL SERVERS IN THE DNS CLUSTER) This means that a DNS Zone File already exists for this domain.
