ROBIN Emergency Move - 15th of March 2018

Dear Customer,

The ROBIN server requires a restore as the server has hardware performance issue. We have already began the restoration of ROBIN to a new server. Original ROBIN is up and working fine.

New Server will have latest operating system which is CentOS 7.x. While we do not have any estimated time for completion for the restore process our best projection would be that the machine will finish the migration in 12-24 hours from now. You will experience no downtime during this process. We suggest you make no significant changes to your site after you receive the announcement.

In addition to PHP 5.6, we will also provide PHP 7.x using the latest EasyApache installation from cPanel.

Additionally, the move will result in completely giving up on FrontPage extensions, which are now deprecated and have been replaced with WebDAV.

Dear Customer,

We will move your server into a brand new, state-of-the-art data center so it has been necessary to change the main IP address of your server from 64.50.190.96 to 67.210.112.187.

We will point A record of mail01.pacifichost.com to 67.210.112.187. Your email should work from new MX server having same hostname as mail01.pacifichost.com.

We apologise for the short notice of this change, but it was imperative that this was done quickly to resolve the current networking issues.

We will do this switch on 1st November 2017 around 4 AM Pacific time.
