Moved to a new Ticket System

You might have noticed we recently transitioned to a new Support Desk. Our old helpdesk wasn't giving us the flexibility we needed so we switched back to our old system. We imported all the user accounts  however due to the size of the ticket database we were unable to copy over any tickets. We will however keep our old helpdesk open for many more months so you will still be able to access all your existing tickets in our old helpdesk. You can access it at (but please don't submit any new tickets here!)

We think you'll like the new interface though, we will be integrating all of our systems so it will act as one portal for both our Support and Billing systems, so stay tuned for updates!
